A Home Inspection is all about the education. My job is to learn all I can about your new home, and then tell you about it. On average, I spend about 4 hours at the typical home, taking notes, taking pictures, and generally trying to crawl through, under, over and around every part of it. In the process I run a lot of water, remove covers, evaluate windows, doors, electrical outlets, switches, wiring, mechanical components and the general structure. Along the way I document, learn, document, and learn some more. When I'm satisfied that I have collected as much information as I can, I return to my office to compile a comprehensive report that thoroughly describes the home you are about to buy.
