My Philosophy
I'm a fortunate guy. I've got a great family, great friends, and I love my job!
I wake up every day, eager to take another bite out of life. I believe in trying
to improve every day and never being satisfied with the status quo.
I look forward to arriving at every home inspection and meeting new people who are excited about their new home.
I want to be more than just your 1-time home inspector. I want to be your home inspector now and in the future.
I want you to consider me a resource for all things 'house', and I want you to be happy to refer me to your
friends and family. To that end, I strive to provide a home inspection that provides overwhelming value at a very
fair cost.

New Construction
I'm often asked by home buyers if they should have their new construction home inspected. My response
is always an emphatic YES! I ask, "Who is going to crawl through the attic, or under the
home if you don't hire an inspector?"
The reality is new homes have defects. Most people believe they don't need their new home inspected because
the builder will fix anything that is wrong during the 1 year warranty period. Although this is largely true,
what about problems that go undiscovered? For example, what happens when you sell your new home 4 or 5 years
later and the prospective buyer's home inspector finds water and decay in the crawlspace? Or maybe a high
moisture condition and dark organic growth in the attic because the bathroom fans were not properly vented
to the exterior? These conditions are costly to repair and resolution with your builder will likely be difficult
at best.
I encourage you to hire an ASHI home inspector for your new construction project. If no major defects are found,
you can rest easy knowing you have done your due diligence. If you need more convincing, take a look at the sample
new construction report below.

Also, as you near your 1 year warranty period expiration, I encourage you to have your ASHI inspector return
to perform another home inspection to ensure no major defects have developed.

I am proud to be a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. After careful research of the other national organizations,
I found ASHI to be the group for me. ASHI sets the bar at the highest level and offers no short cuts to get over it. I recommend
you visit ASHI's web site. They offer many helpful tools for exploring the world of Home Inspection.

A RED WALL Property Inspection...
I am always exploring other inspection web sites. Every one of them are full of detailed lists and photos describing
individual areas covered in the inspection. Click here to see my versions of these same
lists. However, before you go exploring, let me say this...
Before choosing your home inspector, take a look at the end result and the inspection process.
The end result of any home inspection is the report and the inspection process should include you, the home buyer.
At RED WALL Property Inspection, LLC, you are encouraged to be present at your home inspection and be part of the
process. Although this increases the length of the overall inspection, you will learn more about your home, and how to care for it if you are there. My inspections typically
take from 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on the age and size of the home.
The end result is a report I put a lot of time and effort into. I try to fill my reports with details, photos, and recommendations.
My reports are ever changing because I am never completely satisfied. I encourage you to look at the sample reports
I have included below and compare them to others. I know you will see a difference.
